At Grampa Bob's Animal Park families can enjoy the petting zoo, featuring exotic animals and birds. They also have pony rides, food and snacks, a playground, and a picnic area. The animal park is located on the corner of Valley Road and Dry Bridge Road in Mexico, N.Y.. Be sure not to take Dry Bridge Road from State Route 11, as that road dead ends at an old wooden bridge that is now closed and barricaded. I had to turn around and go back to Route 11, then turn up Valley Road to reach the location. They are open from 10 am to 5 pm daily-(except Mondays), from May 11 to Oct 27 (including Monday holidays). There is an admission fee charged. For more information, call - 315-298-2347.
